DAMAGED GOODS DURING TRANSIT

Please Note: If the goods were signed for by the shipping company, we are unable to accept them as damaged in transit. By signing the delivery note, you acknowledge that the goods were received in good working condition and take ownership of them. Once the delivery note is signed, Better Earth Packaging Supplies will not be held responsible for any damage to the delivered goods.

REFUNDS
